About Word of Faith Christian Fellowship
Word Of Faith Christian Fellowship started with a vision of several people here in town and some from the New Orleans area. With much support from those with this vision, they began construction and started services. Since our first meeting in February 1979, we have made every effort to be a blessing to our Waveland community and we would love the opportunity to be a blessing to you and your family too.
About Us
We call our congregation the “Word of Faith Family” because it is our desire make everyone feel welcome and at home. We continually have members of all economic, educational, and social levels, which give us a unique ability to minister to a broad scope of individual needs. Our “Family” is made up of people from varying religious backgrounds who have all discovered a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. Standing firm on the Word of God (the Bible), we strive to promote living a Holy Spirit-filled life. Some important attributes of Word of Faith are family relationships, missions, spreading the Gospel and giving opportunity for spiritual growth. When we gather to worship the Lord, our music is spiritual, friendships open and the preaching is practical. All services are designed to center around Jesus and to “worship God in Spirit and in truth.” We would love for you to join us at Word of Faith Christian Fellowship, come check us out!
